Paradise Galleries believes in the representation of all. We draw inspiration from the commitment and advocacy of our partner, GiGi’s Playhouse, an organization working to change global perceptions of Down Syndrome and promote acceptance. We are genuinely honored to hear these beautiful stories and immerse ourselves in the vibrant community of GiGi’s Playhouse Orange County. With great joy, we proudly introduce our latest creation: the Down Syndrome Awareness Baby Doll GiGi, lovingly named after the daughter of GiGi's Playhouse founder, Nancy Gianni.
GiGi comes dressed in a pink ruffled onesie printed with GiGi’s motto, “Be Accepting. Be Generous. Be Kind.” Topped with a printed overall dress with buttons down the front, a matching hair bow that gathers her silky brown hair at the top of her head, and tan sandals – perfect for outdoor play.
She is no ordinary little girl. She has the most adorable upper ear folds, her charming flat and round face tugs at heartstrings, and her slightly smaller head and shorter limbs, not to mention the delightful sandal gap between her toes.
Down Syndrome Awareness Baby Doll, GiGi, is crafted by the world-renowned doll artist, Lauren Faith Jaimes, the artist behind our Dolls with a Purpose collection. Measuring 21” from head to toe, she is sculpted from our SoftTouch™ Vinyl which has a gentle baby powder scent, and offers a realistic feel. With this vinyl, GiGi, the lifelike baby girl doll, shows incredibly realistic features! She arrives in an official Collector’s Box, accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity bearing the artist’s signature. Intended for reborn doll collectors aged 3+.
